A highly creative full-service agency based in London are looking for a Social Media Manager to join the team. The agency work with clients from a variety of sectors, however, this role will focus on a well-known global beauty brand.
As Social Media Manager in this mid-sized team you will be expected to advise the client across social platforms ( Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc ) Supported by the Business Director you will create engaging social strategy for the client, utilising emerging tech and trends to create market-leading social media campaigns. The agency is well known for their innovative and creative approach to social and as such you will be expected to create forward-thinking high-quality social content. Alongside strategic input, you will work closely with the client day to day, taking ownership of the account you will manage expectations through the delivery process, as well as advising on any changes and tweaks that can improve the campaign.
Internally you will work closely with the planning, creative and digital teams making sure projects are delivered efficiently, the campaigns can be fast-moving and as such require someone with excellent organisation and planning.
Candidates for the Social Media Manager position should come from an agency background where they have worked across social and social content on both the strategic and delivery side of things. You will need to be comfortable client handling and being the first point of contact for clients. Experience working with beauty industry clients will be beneficial, however, someone with a passion and understanding of the sector will also be considered.
