A mid – sized digital agency are on the lookout for a Client Service Director to join the team, they work with clients across multiple sectors including fashion, entertainment and retail and create high quality digital for their clients, they have a multi-channel approach and you could find yourself working on web, app, games, social, content, campaigns and SEO projects as well as other emerging platforms that suit client demands. Although a mid-sized agency their clients are at national and global level and as such candidates with big brand experience are needed
The Client Services Director position is a senior role within the team, you will sit on the board and will manage the client service function for the agency. As a senior member of the team your role will have a wide remit, they want to speak with candidates who can engage clients, help them with their digital strategy, develop revenue streams for the agency and have a strong business focus, building a client’s trust, developing agency / client relations and making sure the agency remains profitable. Alongside this you will be leading the client service team, making sure team members are always learning, continuing to build the foundations of the client service team with strong hires, developing talent and keeping the team enthusiastic and confident by being an approachable leader for the team to learn from.
Candidates will need a background working within digital, agency experience is a must but it could be from a marketing, digital or creative agency background. Preferably the agency are looking for someone who has already worked at CSD level and can hit the ground running, they have a strong pipeline of work and as such need someone who can get up to speed quickly. Personality wise they are a vibrant agency, they would like to meet candidates who enjoy getting stuck in, have enthusiasm for digital, strong strategic / business focus and can transmit this to the client service team!
